Hi, a few people had mentioned that some locks won’t fit on the lockers. Am I able to purchase one at the hostel, what lock will fit?
Hi! Sometimes locks happen to be to small or big, yes. It is rarely the case, but for that situation we do sell locks at the reception!
Are sheets and towels included?
Hi there, sheets are included. Towels are only available for free if you booked a room with an included bathroom. Otherwise they are for hire at our reception for 1€.

Hi there, Underground car parking: We have an underground car park at The Circus Apartments. This is a 200m walk from the hotel and hostel. The use of the underground car park is €15/day. Kind regards The Circus

Dear guest, since our beds are not numbered, there is no way to reserve a specific bed in the dorms. You can choose from the ones that are free. We will do the best to find a room with the desired bed available, but we can't guarantee.

Hello! Is it possible to get a hot boiled water in a hostel? Are there any kettle or coffeemaker?
Our categorie "Double Deluxe" comes with a coffee and tea station, if you booked one of the other categories you can always ask at the reception for a water kettle!
Do you provide bedding, or will I need to bring a sleeping bag?

Hello, I am traveling with my 5 children and would like to book for 2 nights July 20-22. I just need to know will the 6 of us be in a room alone or is it shared with others, I don’t want my kids in a room with strangers, so I need to know before I book. Thank you!
